We 100% committed to customer satisfaction.  If you find your order was sent incorrectly, please contact the email address at info@pickoftheknitter.com.  All undamaged merchandise can be returned for a 100% refund including the cost of return shipping within 30 days of the purchase.

Note, damaged goods cannot be returned unless it is believed to be an issue with the shipping.  If that is the case, please contact us within 5 business days.
